Home remedy to stop Diarrhea !


Diarrhea happens when the digestive system is not working right.  Some of the main causes of diarrhea are viral or bacterial infections, consumption of contaminated food and water and anxiety. This results in frequent loose or watery stools. These diseases include irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. You can stop diarrhea with the natural home remedies. 


1/ Bananas:


When you are diarrhea, you can eat ripe bananas. They have a high pectin content. Pectin is a fiber that will reduce diarrhea. Just eat a couple of ripe bananas a day until your diarrhea is better.


2/ White Rice:


White rice is a very bland food. It is good to eat during diarrhea because it is easy to digest. You should eat Some amounts of plain white rice without any added sauces and spices. As your diarrhea improves, you can eat larger amounts.


3/ Drink water:



Diarrhea will cause your body to become dehydrated. You should drink about eight glasses of water a day.


4/ Fenugreek Seeds:



Fenugreek seeds are an excellent choice for treating diarrhea. This is because they have a high mucilage content. Mucilage will give you a strong anti-diarrhea effect. Just chew one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds with one tablespoon of yogurt for quick relief from diarrhea.


5/ Yogurt:



Yogurt helps restore the good bacteria in your intestines and destroy the bad bacteria that is causing the diarrhea. Just two bowls of yogurt a day can give you noticeable relief. 


6/ Chamomile Tea:

Chamomile has many anti-spasmodic properties. It will provide relief from the abdominal pains that come with diarrhea. To make chamomile tea, mix one teaspoon of chamomile flowers and one teaspoon of peppermint leaves in a cup of boiling water. Let it boil for about 15 minutes, strain it and then drink it.
