IBS bloating symptoms: 83p a day supplements CURED woman’s 10-year chronic diarrhoea
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is condition that affects the digestive system, according to the NHS.
It affects between 10 and 20 per cent of the UK population, and has been linked to oversensitive nerves in the gut.
There’s no cure for IBS, but some diet changes and medicines may help to reduce symptoms.

Baker was diagnosed with IBS, diverticulitis and inflammatory bowel disease 10 years ago.
She had an incredibly restrictive diet - mainly bread and potatoes - as fruit and vegetables triggered her symptoms.
"I suffered from a constant upset stomach, with no warning regarding bowel movements" Baker said. "I couldn’t leave the house"
"When it occurred, I would have to run to the toilet immediately. I had to be near a toilet all the time"
The supplement contains the B. infantis3564 probiotic, which works to alleviate signs of IBS directly.
After four months of taking Alflorex everyday, Baker doesn’t have to plan her day around the toilet anymore.
