6 Home remedies for removing unwanted facial hair

Abnormal hair growth on the face as well as the body in women is known as hirsutism. Individuals with dark hair are more likely to be hairier than those with blonde hair.

Unwanted facial hair is a very embarrassing concern for women. The use of certain medications or adrenal gland disorders may cause unwanted facial hair.

People normally have hair almost everywhere on the body. Two exceptions are on the nails and eyeballs. Most women have facial hair. It is usually very fine hair or it looks like peach fuzz.

Here are some home remedies for unwanted facial hair.

#1. Turmeric:

Turmeric can be combined with different ingredients to eliminate unwanted facial hair naturally. One mixture is equal amounts of turmeric and whole wheat flour. Then add enough sesame oil to make a thick paste. Rub it on your face and leave it for about half an hour before rubbing it off. You can also combine two teaspoons of turmeric powder with milk to make a paste. If a yellow coloration is left behind on your skin after the application of turmeric, just dip a cotton ball in milk and rub it on your skin.

#2. Spearmint Tea:

Extra hair growth is often caused by over production of the hormone androgen in the body. Spearmint tea can help regulate hormone levels. The tea will help women with hirsutism. Mix one teaspoon of dried spearmint in a cup of water and bring it to a boil. If you can find fresh spearmint leaves, drop in about four of them. Let the mixture steep for about ten minutes. Then strain the tea and drink it.
